A car quiz has to work with one person reading and everyone else unable to write anything down. That rules out anything with long options or numbers to remember, and rules in short questions with short answers.

Keep answers to one or two words in the car. Anything longer and the driver joins in, which is the point at which a quiz becomes a hazard.
