Effective Date: Oct 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Millionaire App Game application and any related services (together, the "App"), operated by Millionaire App Game ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.
The App is a general-audience trivia game. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the App is responsible for any activity on that account, including any purchases.
The App shows advertising, including banner ads and optional ads that reward you with gems for watching. Adverts are supplied by third-party networks and their content is not ours. Rewards for watching adverts are subject to daily limits, and are credited by our servers once the advert has genuinely been viewed.
The App contains a large bank of trivia questions. We work to keep them accurate and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that every question and answer is free of mistakes, and a question may become out of date. The in-app report button is the fastest way to flag a problem. Questions and answers are provided for entertainment and should not be relied on as factual reference.
You agree not to:
If you sign in, your display name, profile picture and scores may be shown to other players in leaderboards and in match-ups. Do not use a display name or picture you do not have the right to use, or that is offensive. When you report a question or send us feedback, you grant us permission to use that submission to operate and improve the App.
The App relies on third-party services, which may include Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of the App may also be subject to them. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
The App, including its name, logo, artwork, sounds, question bank, software and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. No other rights are granted.
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. Where a change materially affects purchases you have already made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or cheating, or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account from within it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 4, 11, 14, 15 and 16 — will continue to apply.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defect will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, for lost data, or for lost virtual items, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only so far as the law permits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If a change is significant we will give notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please get in touch through our Contact Page.
